To ensure that the legal rights of both parties which is (us) the Franchisor and (you) as the Franchisee are protected, requires a franchise agreement to be signed which has legal binding. All our franchisees have to undergo a Police Security Check, this is a mandatory requirement as our customers have to be completely confident about who is on their sites and can be trusted. Security clearance is the only reason we conduct these and hold these on file and may be presented to the clients or the franchisees upon request.
