Does CleanMe offer any guarantees or warranties for its services?
CleanMe offers a satisfaction guarantee for all of its services. If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning, CleanMe will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
Does CleanMe use environmentally friendly products?
CleanMe uses environmentally friendly products whenever possible. Our staff receive training where we highlight our environmental policy and learn the correct cleaning chemicals to use which reduces the amount of chemicals used. We source and use cleaning products that are effective while caring for the environment. We can also provide Material Safety Data Sheets of the cleaning chemicals we use to our clients.

How do you avoid cross contamination when cleaning?
We use various colour coded micro-fibre cloths to ensure that there is no risk of cross contamination between wiped surfaces in kitchen, toilets and general working surfaces.
Does CleanMe provide supplies or do I need to provide them?
CleanMe provides all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for its services. We also provide toilet consumables at a very competitive price.
Does CleanMe have insurance?
Yes, CleanMe is fully insured for all its services. We have a very extensive $5,000,000 Public Liability and Statutory Insurance Policy in place.
Are you cleaners honest and security checked?
Absolutely - each staff member must pass a Ministry of Justice and Police background check. We hold these checks on file and can present these to our customers if required.
What type of vacuums do you use?
Carpets in high traffic areas such as workplaces are a great breeding ground for dust mites and allergens. We use backpack vacuum cleaners which allow for a deep carpet clean. These vacuum cleaners are specially designed for heavy commercial use and incorporate hepa filters to trap dust and ensure cleaner air.
How often does CleanMe provide service?
CleanMe's service frequency is tailored to the client's needs. Some clients request daily service, while others request service on a weekly or monthly basis.
Does CleanMe have references from previous clients?
