The business offering of cleaning companies to their franchisees are very similar but at CleanMe we have gone a step further and are offering franchises at the best available purchase price. Not only that we charge the lowest service fees available in the entire New Zealand cleaning market which means that you get to keep more of your hard earned money. Income Guarantee
With our income guarantee you can have complete peace of mind about the security of your investment and can also help you to apply for a bank loan. The income guarantee is part of the franchise agreement and we guarantee your first 12 months income which is set at double the rate of your initial investment (excludes GST and initial start-up cost / package)
All you have to do is to comply with your obligations as described in the franchise agreement and we will make sure that you will earn your income.
You also have the opportunity to extend the income guarantee for the years to come. We want our franchisees to succeed and we will work hard to provide you support in every circumstance.
Start-up
Starting a new business can be quite daunting not knowing where to begin. At CleanMe we understand this completely and from the get go we will supply you all the gear which is part of the start-up package. This includes;
- Uniforms
- Business Cards
- Equipment – this is customised to your choice of franchise. For example a commercial cleaning franchise will include back pack vacuum cleaner, mop, mop bucket, broom, micro-fiber clothes, window cleaning kit and a range of cleaning chemical solutions and a buffing machine
- Training & Coaching
- Vehicle signage
The cost of Start-up packages is charged on top of your franchise investment and is not part of the income guarantee.
For example: If you invest $30,000 in a commercial cleaning franchise. $6000 covers your start up package leaving with $24,000 which in turn will bring you $48,000 per annum of guaranteed income (excludes GST).
All you need to bring is a mobile phone, email account that we and the customers can contact you on. You will also need a vehicle and we will arrange for a professional sign writing company for vehicle signage.
Most cleaning companies insist on a white vehicle which involves you spending extra on buying a new vehicle. At CleanMe we have thought about this and have designed a logo which color matches most cars. Please talk to us about the best option specifically suited to you.
